Knockback Arrow is a new ability that you can acquire in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok. While it’s used in conjunction with a ranged weapon, it can be used for crowd control to prevent rush attacks. Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok guide – How to get the Knockback Arrow ability
The Knockback Arrow ability in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok has the following effects:
- Base – Shoot a lightning arrow that stuns enemies around the target and strikes them with chain lightning.
- Upgrade – When the target falls to the ground, enemies surrounding it are stunned.
You can find Knockback Arrow in two locations. In this guide, we’ll primarily talk about the puzzle in , as the other tome was already discussed in our Fidsthorp puzzle guide.
Uldar
Uldra is just south of Jordber Shelter. This massive dwarven city has been overrun by hostiles, so it’s up to you if you want to fight them or not.
If you already tagged the fast travel point, just do a leap of faith to reach the street level. Then, turn around to enter the Old City. Your goal here is to reach the back area with the light beam puzzle.
Once you’re there, simply aim the beam at the receiver above the doorway. Also, while it’s not visible in the next image, there’s an orb on the ground next to the pedestal.
Bring the orb inside the chamber and place it in the receptacle. Then, aim the beam at the receiver at the upper-left (assuming you’re looking at the room from outside).
Go back to the first pedestal and make the laser hit the receptacle with the orb. This will cause the doorway to shut, but you can enter using an opening that’s above you.
In any case, the small nook here has the Knockback Arrow ability in Assassin’s Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarok.
