Cyberpunk 2077: Romance guide
When trying to romance Cyberpunk 2077‘s characters, the gist is that some of these “sexcapades” are locked behind V’s gender during character creation. Don’t worry about your chosen lifepath because these won’t be a hindrance.
Now, to be clear, a select few of these romance options play an even bigger role throughout Cyberpunk 2077‘s campaign, as well as the endings and epilogues. Others, meanwhile, are just short dalliances. For those that have a lengthy quest chain associated with them, you’ll want to open your menu and skip time for maybe a couple of days so that the character calls you to provide their sidequest. Likewise, make sure that you try your best to be nice and supportive. You can’t be a jerk or make poor choices. Otherwise, a potential partner might no longer want some romance.
In any case, here are Cyberpunk 2077‘s romance options:
- Meredith Stout – Any V
- Joytoys – Any V
- Alt Cunningham – Any V
- Judy Alvarez – Female V only
- River Ward – Female V only
- Panam Palmer – Male V only
- Rogue Amendiares – Any V
- Kerry Eurodyne – Male V only
Note 1: If you managed to view the sex scene with Judy, River, or Kerry, you’ll have a dialogue option the next morning. If you respond in a positive manner, you can continue on with the relationship. Otherwise, you can tell them that it was just a one-night stand that ends the relationship. In Panam’s case, this option isn’t really that clear-cut (the only option is to kiss her before heading out). However, finishing her questline regardless of being able to romance her lets you ally with her Nomad clan, the Aldecaldos. This leads to one of the biggest changes to Cyberpunk 2077‘s endgame.
Note 2: Because of gender restrictions, it’s not possible to romance all these characters in a single Cyberpunk 2077 playthrough. Still, although the characters will block V’s flirting attempts and sexual advances, you can complete their sidequests to obtain related achievements/trophies.
