Far Cry 6 guide: Where to find gunpowder, Supremo-bond, industrial circuits, industrial composite, and other materials
In general, you’ll find gunpowder and Supremo-bond in Far Cry 6 by opening various FND caches. These containers, including those in checkpoints and military bases, might have standard weapons/armors. But, because randomness does apply, it’s possible to receive upgrade materials instead. The only exceptions are Yaran Contraband chests since these will always have unique weapons.
Note: If your character dies in these areas before the game could overwrite your autosave, you could reload and reopen the same container. Perhaps you’d get a different drop.
Another option if you simply wish to have a ton of materials is to fully upgrade the Hideout Network camp facility. The small guerrilla camps will then have a supply cache that contains lots of resources, including durable plastic, recycled fasteners, industrial composite, and industrial circuits.
Even better, you can revisit all of these areas every daily reset. You’ll receive stuff each time.
Supply drops are also an awesome source of gunpowder and Supremo-bond. Watch out for yellow smoke in the distance so you know what to look for. You can also try the ambush and interception activities. These have a red gun and a red radio icon respectively. When you do these activities, you’ll see supply drop crates nearby that may contain valuable crafting materials.
Finally, another reliable way to get gunpowder, Supremo-bond, and other rare materials in Far Cry 6 is to complete Los Bandidos missions. Certain multiple-choice options, and even the final reward, would net you these resources. Likewise, it’s possible to pick a standard weapon as a final reward. If you managed to obtain that weapon through other means (i.e., NPCs or opening caches) before finishing the task, the game will grant you gunpowder or Supremo-bond instead.
