Tears Of The Kingdom Silver Bokoblin Guide

How to find and beat Silver Bokoblins in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom (TotK)

Be prepared for a fight.

Silver Bokoblins are the hardest version of the enemy type you’ll find in Tears of the Kingdom. Even with decent armor and weapons, these enemies can be a real pain to deal with. They’ve got a lot of health and can deal a lot of damage to Link. But they also drop valuable materials that can make your strong weapons even better. So, here’s a quick guide to finding and beating Silver Bokoblins in Tears of the Kingdom.

Tears of the Kingdom: How to find and beat Silver Bokoblins

First things first, let’s cover how you should fight these enemies. Silver Bokoblins can easily take Link out in one hit in the early game. So if you’re just starting out you’ll want to keep your distance. Using a bow and picking them off from a distance is a solid strategy for almost any tough enemy. But if you’re really good at landing a Flurry Rush, this is also a great way to deal some damage. You should also get some decent armor before fighting Silver Bokoblins. So it would be a good idea to upgrade your armor at a Great Fairy before seeking these foes out.

Where to look for Silver Bokoblins

Silver Bokoblins will slowly start to appear as you progress through Tears of the Kingdom. That means that you shouldn’t see too many of them if you’re still early in the game. That being said, there are still places you can find them regardless of progress. One of the earliest locations for consistent Silver Bokoblins is in the Depths.

The location on the map above is an enemy camp in the Depths just north of Zi-ner Lightroot. You can access this area via the East Hill Chasm next to Kakariko Village and then heading northwest in the Depths. There are two Silver Bokoblins in this camp, joined by some Lizalfos and other lower ranked Bokoblins. This is a good place to head to if you’re in quick need of a Silver Bokoblin Horn.

The next best place for a guaranteed Silver Bokoblin is northeast of Tarrey Town. There’s a very small enemy camp with one Silver Bokoblin and a few other lower tier enemies nearby. Since it’s only the one Silver Bokoblin, it’s not the best place to farm its materials. But if you’re only looking for one of these enemies, this is the easiest one to tackle.

As you can see on the map above, my R.I.P. marker shows that Silver Bokoblins are indeed deadly. I still get taken out by them in two or three hits when I’m not careful. So make sure you’ve got some good equipment before tackling them. The Fierce Deity armor set would be a good outfit to wear thanks to its boost to attack power. And the Biggoron’s Sword would make short work of these enemies.
