Diablo 4: Where to get The Oculus Unique
The effect that this Unique Wand has is quite powerful. Getting your hands on Uniques is typically always the same, but it depends on the Unique you’re looking for. How to get The Oculus in Diablo 4 is by defeating enemies, especially The Beast in the Ice, or looting chests in World Tier 3 or above.
Once you unlock World Tier 3, you gain the chance to earn Unique item drops. The easiest way to earn these items, which have their own special abilities, is by partaking in events like Nightmare Dungeons, Legion Events, and Endgame Bosses.

But which Boss drops The Oculus? You’ll want to summon The Beast in the Ice for this Unique Wand. You can do this by finding Distilled Fear. Lucky for you, we have a guide for it. Upon defeating this enormous monster, there’s a chance you’ll earn yourself The Oculus.
If knowing what exactly makes this weapon so special interests you, it has to do with the Teleport Enchantment. You’ll gain this Enchantment for free. Basically, whenever you Evade while using this Teleport Enchantment, you’re taken to a random location.
When I played a Sorcerer, I loved my Teleport ability to get out of harm’s way. This way, you can Teleport whenever you Evade for no cost, which is extremely handy if you’re creating a build around this ability.
