The Cat’s Meow Cloak is an item in Forspoken. Given all the cats you could chase around Cipal, or the magical creatures that you could catch, you know there’s a bit of everything for those who love the furry felines. Forspoken guide – How to get the Cat’s Meow Cloak (free for a limited time)
You can get the Cat’s Meow Cloak in Forspoken by downloading the DLC on Steam. Make sure it’s installed and enabled, then play the game. Once your main character, Frey, is able to wear necklaces and cloaks, you should be able to wear it via the Gear menu. This will occur roughly a couple of hours into the campaign, well after you’ve made it to the capital city of Cipal and you’re ready to take on the rest of the game’s progression and challenges.
The cloak has various cats as its design, as well as a lot of “meows” etched on the hood. By default, it gives +28 health, and it has a perk that makes Cuff Counters deal more damage (i.e., the game’s counterattack combat mechanic). Moreover, it’s got additional slots for more perks. Later, once you’ve unlocked the Diversify passive, you can also add a fourth slot.

As mentioned, the Cat’s Meow Cloak is free for a limited time only. Although it’s been a freebie since it was added to the store page, it shows that it’ll only be free-to-keep until February 16 at 12 pm ET. So, you might want to grab it while you can. As of now, we’re not sure if it will have a different price once the promotional period has elapsed.
