Where to find the Chaos Altemanna Relic in Vampire Survivors

Unlike most of the content in the new Chilling Update, you won’t find the Chaos Altemanna in the new Whiteout stage. Instead, it’s located on Tiny Bridge, the extremely narrow Challenge stage that came to the game just before the release of Legacy of the Moonspell. If you haven’t unlocked this stage yet, you can do so by reaching level 80 in the Inverted Mode version of Gallo Tower: a difficult feat, and one that demands a strong performance and solid build in order to complete.

Once you’re on the Bridge, you’ll notice the Chaos Altemanna on your Map. It’s off to the left, and you’ll need to walk for a while before you reach it, so as soon as you can path your way through the enemy hordes start moving left. After a few minutes, you’ll arrive at the Relic’s location. Simply pick it up to add it to your collection.

Now that you’ve got the Chaos Altemanna in your clutches, you’re probably wondering what you can do with it. Simply put, having this Relic in your inventory unlocks a new evolved form for the game’s playable dog character, O’Sole Meeo. This works identically to the Chaos Malachite for Mortaccio and the Chaos Rosalia for Yatta Cavallo: Once you reach level 80 with O’Sole Meeo in a stage, and you have the Chaos Altemanna, he’ll automatically evolve into his second form.

This new form is a visual treat, turning everyone’s favorite good boy into some kind of imposing sun god. His movement speed is reduced in this state, but his other stats are greatly improved, and his underwhelming Celestial Dusting starting weapon is replaced by the much more impressive Profusione D’amore, a wide-reaching AoE weapon that leaves damaging flowers in its wake. While it does take time to reach level 80 and activate this form, it’s very difficult to lose once you do so, making it a great endgame asset for fans of O’Sole Meeo.

And there you have it: a full guide on how to find the Chaos Altemanna location, and use it to evolve O’Sole Meeo, in Vampire Survivors. It’s great to see low-tier characters like these receive updates that make them more viable to use, and hopefully, we’ll see Bianca Ramba and Sir Ambrojoe receive their own Chaos gems in the future.
