How to summon endgame bosses in Diablo 4 Season 2

The toughest bosses of them all.

With Season of Blood for Diablo 4 available, players have the chance to square off against five new endgame bosses. If you’re looking to farm some incredible loot and take down enormous monsters, these are the bosses for you. They won’t just appear, though. You’ll need to summon them yourself. If you think you’re up to the task, here’s how you can summon the Diablo 4 Season 2 endgame bosses.

Diablo 4 Beast In The Ice

The Beast in the Ice

You’ll have to get on World Tier 4 difficulty for this monstrous beast. To summon The Beast in the Ice, you’ll need to collect Distilled Fear. This is a resource you can find in Tier 30 Nightmare Dungeons or higher. Gather enough of it, then head to an Occultist to craft a Glacial Fissure Nightmare Sigil. Once activated, you’ll be able to face off against The Beast in the Ice.

As a reward upon defeat, you may receive The Skull Torch and Fell Steed Mount Trophies. You can also earn some Unique items specific to this endgame boss.

How To Summon Endgame Bosses Diablo 4 Season 2 Echo Duriel

Echo of Duriel

This nasty monster from Diablo 4’s main campaign is back. At World Tier 4, you’ll have to defeat Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint and Echo of Varshan. This is because the former drops Shards of Agony, and the latter drops Mucus-Slick Eggs used to summon Echo of Duriel.

Once summoned and defeated, you can get The Smoldering Brimstone Mount, alongside the chance of getting these Unique items. Not only that, but Echo of Duriel can also drop any of the Uber Uniques.

How To Summon Endgame Bosses Diablo 4 Season 2 Varshan

Echo of Varshan

Returning from Season 1, Echo of Varshan is another one of Season 2’s daunting endgame bosses. You can be at either World Tier 3 or 4, and you must fight Grotesque Debtors and gain Parts of Varshan’s Body from Whisper Caches.

These are from completing 10 Grim Favors and offering them to the Tree of Whispers. You’ll also need a Malignant Heart from World Tier 4. With all the parts, you can summon the Echo of Varshan at the Tree of Whispers. You get the chance of earning the Flesh-Weld Rod Trophy, alongside these potential Uniques.

Grigoire, the Galvanic Saint

This new Season 2 endgame boss is available in both World Tier 3 and 4. To summon Grigoire, obtain some Living Steel from Tortured Offerings during the Helltide events. You can access Helltides as soon as you get World Tier 3. Upon defeat, you have the chance of earning the Demonbinder Mount Armor, as well as these Uniques:

Lord Zir, the Dark Master

During the story for Diablo 4 Season 2, you’ll come across Lord Zir. Once you’re in World Tier 4, you can summon him using Exquisite Blood. This comes from Legion events and World Bosses. These events are easy to come across, so you shouldn’t have trouble summoning Lord Zir. There’s a chance to gain The Diadem of the Ancient Helm cosmetic, alongside these Unique items:
