Acquiring Oluso in Far Cry 6

Now, once you do have the three Triada Relics, you’ll need to return to Oluwa Cave in Isla Santuario. If you place the three relics, the cavern’s walls will collapse to reveal a rather pleasant-looking spot with an ancient tree.

Open the chest here and Dani will automatically equip the new Triada Supremo and La Varita Resolver weapon.

Beware, though, because once you do this, Oluso the black panther will spawn. As a spirit animal, Oluso is surrounded by other illusions, and she’ll turn into a cloud of smoke whenever she’s hit.

Since you have the La Varita equipped, go ahead and blast her. Make sure you heal up whenever Dani’s HP is low, and bring the beast down. After the encounter, hold “E” to revive the creature. This will make Oluso a permanent amigo in Far Cry 6.

Oluso’s abilities

  • Default ability: Shadow Striker – Kills enemies quickly and silently from the shadows.
  • Perk 1: Mimo Abosi’s Luck – Increases success chance when taking down enemies; unlocked by having Oluso kill 12 enemies in a restricted area (i.e., checkpoints and bases).
  • Perk 2: Rage of Ida – Successful takedowns cause nearby enemies to flee; unlocked by having Oluso kill 24 enemies using takedowns.
  • Perk 3: Mist of Oku – Surrounds the panther in smoke, making her immune to damage and hard to detect, as well as increasing health regeneration; unlocked by having Oluso inflict fear on 50 enemies.

Oluso might just be one of the best amigos in Far Cry 6 due to all these perks. Her abilities synergize to make her an extremely silent but deadly animal companion, one who can eliminate most foes with ease. Even her takedowns cause enemies to erupt into ethereal flames. Unfortunately, she doesn’t have a lot of health, and she’ll be vulnerable if guards are alerted.

Note: As for the Triada Supremo and La Varita perks, you can head to the next part of our Far Cry 6 Triada Blessings guide series.
